JR. COUNSELOR

What is a Jr. Counselor?  Good question!  The Jr. Counselor will serve in almost every capacity that a camp counselor is expected to.  In this role, you will have opportunities to build relationships with campers as well as staff that will be a blessing to you for years to come.  For each week a Jr. Counselor serves, they will be assigned to help a Sr. Counselor with their group, it may be the same counselor or a different one each week.  The Jr. Counselor is not only a great asset to our YMCA, but also is given opportunities to be fed spiritually themselves.  What a great way to experience all the fun activities of camp from a different perspective.
